INTRODUCTION

The following document describes Ulink’s privacy policy. Ulink’s privacy policy, hereinafter: the policy defines the rules, methods of processing and use of data as well as information from candidates, customers and users of all websites belonging to Ulink, including:

Please read the Policy carefully. By entering or using a website belonging to Ulink and sending us any Personal Data in connection with job applications, recommending a friend to work, sending a request for an offer / cooperation, etc. The user accepts the terms of this Policy and confirms that he/she has read its content.

Terms used in the Privacy Policy
Personal data – defined as Personal data within the meaning of the GDPR, i.e. all information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person. These data identify directly or indirectly a natural person with regards to the name, e-mail address or telephone number of the natural person and other data that, in connection with the above-mentioned, may identify the User.

GDPR – Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (general Data Protection Regulation), pursuant to which Ulink and its Subsidiaries process Users’ Personal Data.

Ulink – Ulink Ltd. with its seat in Warsaw at Niepodległości Av. 69, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court for the capital city of Warsaw, XIII Commercial Division of the National Court Register, under KRS number 0001019998, NIP number: 6762636805.

Specialist – a job candidate offered by Ulink to its customers.

Subsidiaries – a company or entity that is directly or indirectly controlled by Ulink, where “control” means: (a) in the case of corporate entities, direct or indirect ownership of more than fifty percent (50%) of stocks or shares entitled to vote, or (b) in the case of non-corporate entities, holding directly or indirectly more than fifty percent (50%) of the equity with the power to direct such non-corporate entities.

User – job candidate, newsletter subscriber, competition participant, person asking a question, training participant, person recommending a friend to work and visiting websites belonging to Ulink, as well as a person using the candidate’s portal.

Services – services provided by Ulink electronically, via the website, i.e .: subscribing to the newsletter, sending inquiries via the contact form, sending documents necessary in the recruitment process, application for participation in competitions, application for participation in training, creation of an account on the candidate portal.

Providing Personal Data
By providing personal data on www.Ulink.com.pl and any other website that belongs to Ulink, the User confirms that he/she has all necessary permissions to disclose personal data that will be later used by Ulink in a manner described in this Policy.

Personal Data Controller
Sp. z o. o., al. Niepodległości 69, 02-626 Warsaw, tel. (22) 486 37 37 is the Controller of User’s personal data provided while using any Ulink’s website; in particular, while partaking in the recruitment process, conducting training, sending marketing information (e.g. newsletters), accepting participation in conferences or events or using other services available on the website.

Data Protection Officer
A Data Protection Officer has been appointed at Ulink: Sebastian Pyzik. A Deputy Data Inspector has also been appointed: Mateusz Goździkowski. II. PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA BY SUBSIDIARIES
Ulink is a company that has Subsidiaries. All rules on personal data processing by Subsidiaries (including goals, scope, time, conditions of data sharing, exercising user rights) are the same as those described in following chapters of Privacy Policy.

Any definitions set out in Chapter I of this Policy in case of Subsidiaries apply to Users whose Personal Data those Subsidiaries process independently or jointly with Ulink and other subsidiaries.

Subsidiaries obtains Users’ Personal Data independently via the forms available on their websites or in the event of direct contact between the User and an employee of a subsidiary.
